Can I make the CPU difficulty harder?
I don't see settings for it.

even if you figure it out. the cpu gains zenkai boost at the start of the fight then loses brain cells as the fight continues to a point where it neever gets up from the ground.

when on the stage selection you have to click L1 to move to the rule settings and it should be there, unless your talking about boosting it beyond that and the only way to do that is through either custom battles or items.

Thanks, not sure how I didn't see that.

I'm just trying to get better without the tutorial mode. Everytime I charge my ki my brother spams Y.

Yeah that's the best way to counter ki charging, the only way to beat this is to just block/deflect them, you could also use a super/ultimate attack or super dash to him but you obviously need ki for that. I would also recommend completing everything in the training mode because even though it doesn't cover specific situations like this it'll help your overall gameplay.

In the story it's set by the devs depending on the episode. In tournament and offline vs CPU you can set a level from 1 to 20. But even at 20 the AI still behaves like an Oblivion NPC when you are far away, allowing you to get to sparking mode and spam ultimate blasts over and over again with complete impunity, so... the AI is ridiculously easy even at 20.

I'll say the AI is good to practice rush combos and counters and stuff like that, they're good at it, but as soon as you knock them far away they just turn their brains off and allow you to do whatever you want.
