Tutorial Rush Chain

I am probably being an idiot but how do you do " rush chain" in the tutorial. I am presing XY but nothing happends

I had struggle with it too. You have to press XY at the same time but the timing must be perfect. I dont know why they did it but with every other action you have like 0.5 seconds time even though its says press at the same time but here nope. Just try it over and over again
