Frames drop heavily during Frieza finger beam and Super Buus multi volley attack only. PLEASE HELP

I have the following setup and the game runs extremely smooth other wise. I've updated the Nvidia drivers, clear cache, updated steam launch settings, changed Nvidia control panel settings, reinstalled the game, reinstalled the drivers etc. The game only lags during attacked like these and at no other times no matter my settings

I even turned down the graphics to low with a much lower resolution. I also plan to play online so I don't think the engine.ini fix will help me unless there is a change that will allow me to play online. I have followed alot of different youtube video changes as well.

This is my following setup

Nvidia RTX 3090
Intel Core i9-9900k CPU

Is it in online mode or offline mode? I see slow down from those in online, but offline my FPS is perfectly fine. Kinda weird.

For me it happens both online and offline. It's so strange. Specially since its crisp at any other time. Even on lower resolutions and graphics quality. I even launched the game using dx11. Still the same thing.

I have a friend who has this same problem. It's literally only Golden Frieza's multi-finger beam and like one or two other moves, and changing graphics settings doesn't seem to affect it at all. Their task manager doesn't even report high resource usage or any spikes happening, really weird and I hope it gets patched

Did you solve it? Happens the same to me, everything fine and suddenly my FPS drops ONLY with freezer multi beam, super buu attack, etc..

I get like a couple of frame drops on zamasus ult for a split second but that's it really
