Bandai should feel ashamed for not even acknowledging the communication error

It is widely known that many people experience problems when playing online. They are kicked from the match after the intros or mid-match with a "Communication error."

It has been eight days already. Not only did they not fix it, but they didn't even publish a message to let us know whether they are working on fixing it or at least trying to calm the community.

Please, I beg everyone to change their reviews to negative until this is fixed. This should not be acceptable in a game that costs 80€, or 100€ for people like me who bought it to play 3 days in advance and ended up unable to play online.

Steam should force them to refund the game if they don't fix this problem.
