they just ruined it saying how we can make our own what if story how wrong they were it’s very limited so is the cutscenes don’t get me started on the dialogue choices it’s like a 3 year old came up with the dialogue it’s just very bad and they put in some wired ass dialogue most of the dialogue choices dose not make sense

Bad opinion, its amazing that they even added this mode to begin with because even if the options are limited it still adds potentially infinite amounts of replayability and who's to say that they wont add more stuff too it with the new updates/dlc. Also what were you expecting a place where you can fully move Riggs of the characters yourself and write your own dialogue, this is just absurd standards for a game, go use blender or something to do that ♥♥♥♥ (idk any animation apps) and also you already know why they didn't allow us to add our own dialogue. Its also just a fact that the dialogue was translated from Japanese so that's the main reason why its so janky.

Only thing i actually really don't like about custom battle is there's no search function for dialog.

The Tags help a little bit, but still, having to scroll through 100s/1000s of dialog to find one that fits is really annoying.

It's not bad, it's just dialog from the series, I just find the thing that's closest to what i want it to be, and go from there.

Just sayin, support tickets can be used for suggestions, not just bug reports.
If you want change, I'd go that route. (You won't get anything more than a thank you for your feedback initially, but you will plant a seed at least)

My only real problem is that there is no search bar for the dialogues, it takes minutes to hours to find the dialogue you're specifically searching for as the filters are absolute garbage at their job limiting 1000 options to "only 600" you have to scroll and carefully eyeball so you don't miss the dialogue you're looking for. I hope a mod comes out that fixes this whole dialogue mess.
