Online Issue (Unstable Connection)

Is it just me or the multiplayer is unplaybale because of immense lag due to internet connection.Even if wait for match with the best possible connection i still lag (only 5) .I know for a fact that it is not my wifi because i play throught ethernet for years and this is the only game that i notic so much lag . If anyone has a solution please let me know because i cannot play multiplayer even if i want to with such bad connection issues
