You can't trick me into using Twitter.
And Exclusive Fullscreen is dead. I forget if it's Windows 11 or DirectX 12 but one of the 2 supposedly doesn't support the old Exclusive Fullscreen and that's why you are seeing it phased out of newer games. Even games like SIlent Hill 2 that have the option of Borderless or Fullscreen aren't using Exclusive Fullscreen and you can't tell the difference between borderless and it's version of Fullscreen.
Alright, -1 problem, thanks!
Already ahead of you.

You shouldn't have to mess with your system bios just to run a damn game!
We're seeing the same thing with a bunch of people who don't know what they are talking about saying you need to upgrade to or downgrade from Windows 11 24H2 (like literally one crowd is pushing the narrative that downgrading fixed it for them, and another is saying upgrading fixed it for them. Neither are correct, and this is obvious when you consider consoles have the issue too)
Anyone who says they have a fix for it is full of ♥♥♥♥ because the only fix is to spam Bamco with support tickets until they patch it.
Except it won't fix a damn thing.
Though everyone should keep their Bios updated anyway. (well almost everyone; there's some edge cases where updating the bios might remove support for their CPU. That's only people with new boards and old cpus though)

Hi fn0i3x!
Thanks for reaching out. How may I help you?
Me:
After finding a player online and loading the animations to start the fight, it shows 'Connecting,' and then a notification pops up: 'Communication Error.'
I go back to the lobby, and it keeps happening with the same player or others. The same error occurs every time. I haven’t been able to play ONLINE even once!
