No, Bandai Namco only allows the Bandai Namco EU made games for GFN.
Maybe if enough people ask for it on the Bandai Namco Website

Is that why GeForce Experience is having problems recording my gameplay?

have you managed to make geforce experience optimize the game? i can´t make the program catch the sparking as game

I don't think so. I am able to record gameplay, if I restart my PC and reset my uptime first. If I don't, it either just straight up refuses to record the gameplay or records it for about ten seconds and then stops.
