I turned on Tenkaichi 3 in the emulator again to see how it felt about it, the combats vs CPU are infinitely more enjoyable
And I have to say something about combat, the mechanic of adopting a stance to hit your if you get hit in bt3 was a gamble, if you get it right it's a great reward, if you don't you eat. There is constant spam here and it makes the game worse
Doesn't matter which CPU setting/balance preset you use, they all seem to be broken to some degree. Which is wild, because in the actual story mode, there are some fights where the CPU seems tuned properly.
That fight is easy along with every other fight, even in custom battles its easy because no matter how much you boost a cpu it just as predictable as ever. i wish they would add an extra difficulty where its as hard as the tenkaichi games were.
The episode battles are fine as they are. But for just battle against the CPU super is way too weak. Way below the average D5 player.
I know human players are always better than CPU, but damn...CPU feels useless you can't even train with them.
