"Easy Super Z Counter For Classic Controls 3.0 10/15/2024" from me.
Press LS in for Perception, and press square while being attacked to Super Counter. You will still have to time it, this does not affect menu navigation outside of emote previews (just press square one item lower than you think you should)
Please iterate and improve if you think you can!
I myself have wrist problems, so while the accessibility options present are welcome, having them be tied to either standard/classic is a draw back. If perception can be one button on standard, I would like to do the same for classic or vice versa.
The timing does work, i have tested it extensively. If you want to make sure the counter is actually working with this config
Go to training > super training (or literally anywhere where you can select an up option)
If you press square and your selector moves up, your good. You can also try picking someone like Burter/Jiren > go to super training > set your self and the cpu to infinite Ki, Health, and sparking.
For training options, set the CPU to "RUSH ATTACK" specifically. Now press square in different rhythms until the counter happens. Those 2 are easy to test with because they attack so fast. I always got it to trigger on burter at some point.
If anyone else finds this post I hope it helps and or if you want to itterate on what I already have go wild! I couldn't figure out a way to make "dpad/stick up" a silent trigger. Meaning the command would go through and be valid, but not actually move stuff in the menu. Triggered just enough if you will.
I was too dumb to figure it out but maybe someone else can :D
You can just hold it up and press X
What type of controller are you using on PC and are you using steam input? I've tried with my controller and holding up doesn't work. But flicking/pressing together does work.
I always see players who say they use a PS5 controller say that just holding up works, but usually they say that while on console.
Same here as well. Are you also using a PS5 controller? or something else? still wondering if only those controllers can hold up, or only ps5 controllers on console can hold up and the rest of us have to flick without rebinding them like I did.
