Why 4 health bars?
I get that this game is meant to be true to the character power levels but i think giving some characters more health than others is taking the piss, Just played ranked against SS4 Gogeta and would've beaten him if he had the same amount of health as me (SSB Vegeta)

i feel the opposite. i like health bars being based on power level. but im a power level fanboy. i modded my xenoverse 2 game to give everyone power level accurate stats. whis had like 20 health bars, super saiyans had 3.

if you ask me, i think this game needs more health bars. but, i understand people want a more balanced experience for competitive reasons so I can see where you're coming from.

maybe extra health bars should be disabled in ranked or something like that.

If you get that it's meant to be true to power levels, then why ask? A saibaman/yajirobe should be at a disadvantage against a ssgss for instance, and a fused ssgss should be better than a regular ssgss. If you want balance go play FighterZ. Xeno and Sparking! series are about fun imbalance

I'm ok with higher DP characters "hitting harder" but more health in RANKED?? Not sure what they were thinking. Kefla base who is 6 DP has more health than Vegeta Blue who is 8 DP!

i agree. hitting harder is already enough but 1 more hp bar is broken. especially in solo fights

they need to do a balanced mode for rank, and leave everything else alone, but we know nothing will change..

BT2 had a lot more health differences and it was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wack
The HP was fine how it was in BT3, but now there's extra variation with some characters having a half bar, which is really just annoying to me more than anything. I wish Z items actually increased health more, the most you can get is like, 10k increase, compared to bt3's 20k

Either way, health bars aren't the problem, it's the damage. BT3, every ultimate did between 20k and 15k, characters didn't deviate too much. Sure the stronger characters were stronger, but each character still felt fun. I feel like that feeling has been lost a bit.

Thank god that Im not the only one to complain about this, my friends told me its bs and im just imagining it. No wonder I feel like everyones playing better than me, Im playing a weaker character... I hope this gets fixed

How tf are they gonna "fix" it tho? Of course you are going to lose if you are playing with a human or a Cell jr or any other characters that cost less than 5 dp. This is why DP is a thing.

How tf are they gonna "fix" it tho? Of course you are going to lose if you are playing with a human or a Cell jr or any other characters that cost less than 5 dp. This is why DP is a thing.
Its not a thing in 1 character battles

Is it though? Maybe for others, but definitely not for myself.

I've been playing BT3 plenty lately. I played it yesterday and it felt the same as it always has.
