¿Blue Dragon Balls?

Does anyone know what those blue dragon balls that appear in some levels of the story mode are?

I haven't used one yet but I looked it up 2 days ago I'm pretty sure they allow you to play on easy mode while still being able to unlock secondary conditions. Might be useful for the most difficult stages like goku black but otherwise pointless. Especially since you have to wish for them and I think it's one per wish.

How strange, I already summoned Shenron and Super Shenron and I never saw the option to wish for that. It's also a bit confusing that they don't explain anything about it, I thought it would be some dragon ball hidden around the level and I checked it like 5 times just in case xD.

You have to wish for I want to complete a mission or level whatever it's called. It's weird that don't explain it though it's kinda dumb
