1v5 Ginyu force is just to brutal

I thought the Great ape was hard but man this is just frustrating,
I get 5 bars while they get 25, and they counter so many attacks I do.
And I thought it was going to be Goku, vegeta vs ginyu force not soloing.
I thought they made an alliance why the f is Goku alone?

Chaining the infamous XXXXX combo + dash, then repeat, etc should deal a ton of damage.
If they counter try to get the timing right and vanish in the exact moment they hit you. It takes a bit of practice but at some point it should be easy.
I do have quite a lot of experience in the Tenkaichi games though. When I was at Ginyu I had over 2 bars of HP left but he almost killed me. But until that point the fight wasn't too challenging
