Whis Stamp Glitched?
One of the stamps is about on buying 5 costumes for Nº18 then do a Kienzan. I already did and tried different ways to do it but nothing unlocks this stamp. I tried having 18 on my team, fighting against her, using her 5 costumes, finishing each battle with Krilin's finisher but nothing happened. Any tips on what should i try? Im starting to think this is glitched.

Costume 5 for 18 changes one of her Blasts. Equip that one, use the new move, done.
