DBZ kakarot is better. So is space marine 2. This game gets 0 out of 5 stars
This is probably the worst dragonball game i have ever played and its just not fun because you have to learn Z counters and super counters that Require frame perfect timing to beat some of the AI opponants in this game.

story mode is a pain. im glad i was gifted this game because i wouldnt pay a dime for this trash.

EDIT: every clown award tells me you are ignorant of dissabilities. have a nice day.

UPDATE: if you havent even completed gokus story yet dont even bother posting and tell me to get gud because it makes you look like a complete fool that doesnt understand how hard the AI can get in this game.

UPDATE 2: I wish i was gifted space marine 2 instead because thats a much much better game than this awful game.

UPDATE 3: just let the thread die if you all dont like what i had to say about the game. you know just let it die.

I was able to fix my problem because i found out about dragon orbs and they are farmable.

You and I have inverted opinions. Kakarot was so boring and easy, I couldn't handle it.

DBZ Kakarot was steaming pile of ♥♥♥♥. "open world" maps with two things to do in the environment. Bosses that spam constant rage mode in which they are invulnerable. Among the worst DB universe games i ever played. This game is hard but at least it looks cool. The fighting in kakarot was garbage.

DBZ kakarot doesnt have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in it that requires frame perfect timing.

if they were going to go that route they should have had z counter assist and super counter assist in the accessibility menu because those literaly matter the most but yet theres no assists for them.

Ok this game isnt for you. Its not really my bag either, but I am not into super precise fighters. I thought it would be more along the lines of a fun causal arena fighter.

However, to call it trash ESPECIALLY compared to Kakarot is just objectively wrong.

i have cognitive disengagement syndrome so i cant really do frame perfect timing so this game will remain tash in my book till they add z counters and super counters in the assist menu just so the story isnt such a major pain.
It is way too easy to see that you expected too much from this game so of course it was going to be disappointing to you. You wanted another RPG and found a fighter. Next time do your utmost research on a game and don’t expect so much and you won’t be disappointed

You are comparing an RPG to an Arena Fighter. Kakarot's charm is being able to play the story of Dragon Ball and leveling up, think of it as a 3D Legacy of Goku. Meanwhile, Sparking Zero's charm is it's fighting system, because it has so many combos and possibilities, which Kakarot doesn't have.

we wanted tenkaichi and we got tenkaichi, maybe do some research next time before comparing things that aren't even similar

If DBZ: Kakarot has more Super content, I'd buy it....

This is a competitive fighting game. Once you spend time in the training mode and play through episodes, you'll get better. This game is hard to learn but once it all clicks you'll have a blast. Kakarot is a casual experience while Sparking Zero's fun comes from losing and learning.

i have cognitive disengagement syndrome. training will not help me and thats why they need z counter assist and super counter assist in the accessibility menu.

If Kakarot had this games combat I would be all over it but Kakarot's combat basically boils down to getting a couple hits in, watching your opponent become invulnerable to hitstuning, backing up and waiting until the red aura is gone, move in and get a couple hits in and wait for the opponent to become invulnerable to hitstuns, back up wait, charge in once hes done and rinse and repeat.

Yeah the countering in this game could use some work but this games combat is miles above kakarots any day of the week.

no its fundamentaly not ADD. cognitive disengagement syndrome used to be formerly known as sluggish cognitive tempo. stop spreading misinfo.
