Strat: Some people won by using only kamehamehas from a distance, but I recommend you
escape his grabs, use vanish on him, and focus on his back.

Once you go into sparking you can basically spam attacks on his back and get him down.

It's not that hard, you just have to attack from behind or spam ki attacks from a distance
And if you still can't, just lower the difficulty :D

To be honest it's not that bad, even in the Sparking story version us reasonable imo even if u need to defeat him twice without refilling your health bar
