A communication error has occurred

Haven't been able to play a singal match online i have internet and have v-sync on and have tried every fix i can find and i still can't play online has anyone found anything that has worked on this?? i can join and pick my character and after the opening dialog the error occurs.

I'm still struggling, but I've done everything I could think of.

If you search the board, you can find a few tips. A lot of people updated their BIOS and were able to get online running.

same haven't been able to play or spectate a single online match.

same here, youre not alone, also cant even spectate, tried pretty much all the fixes but updating my bios... but i cant imagine thats it, since console players have it too

Got the same problem like lot's of ppl updated my bios and everything run smooth right now dont ask me why the bios but i saw this solution today and it works for lot's of ppl including myself :)

The bios has nothing to do with the game, the game itself is bad online
