well yeah, his gimmick was to be busted against evil characters. If he’ll be added as DLC it has to work this way

Also it’s FAIR they gave Roshi Evil Containment Wave to the reply above, he’s one of the original users of the move.

The game is unbalanced by design

Let's not pretend Budokai Tenkaichi is about balance now. The series was aways a fanservice toybox type game. These kinds of games were never meant for a esport scene. That's not at all a bad thing, honestly it's a unique novelty now a days compared to back then.

Half of Super is basically filler, and yet we have most of the Tournament Of Power. (because you know, Ribrianne and Co. added SO much to the ToP story line... )

Majuub is not Z-Filler, he is a major plot point in GT

If you mean regular Uub, End of Z is also not filler.

Additionally there's TONS of ToP characters to add

I never said I don't want Pikkon in, I was just saying he isn't from the original DB series (pilaf saga to piccolo jr. saga), and that's the initial topic of the thread
