i figured something out

alright, BEFORE, i unlocked the fps w/ mods and editing engine.ini

but when i tried to boot online mode i always got a communication error

SO i reverted engine.ini back to normal and removed the fps mod and just like that, online works for me again, buuut i dont get to unlock fps

UNTIL i just put 120 fps in the NVIDIA control panel, now i can have both :D

online can still have a lil bit of slowdown tho but hey it aint that bad, and single player is full speed and i like the single player mode

You do know that the slowdown online is for both players, right? So while you get the FPS you want, you make the other player suffer for it. So it's suggested if you uncap your FPS, to stay offline. There was a reason the ini file edit wouldn't let you online.
