Fixed the Communication Error with Bios Update
Guys, after trying every possible solution imaginable, I finally found a solution for my case.

The person who made a post about updating the BIOS is right.

I updated my Bios to the latest build 10 min ago and now it's finally f****** working!

Updated BIOS, still not working.
Opening ports also don't fix the problem
