Character select timer too short!!

There needs to be an option in lobby creation where you can extend or disable the timer, it's really really obnoxious with how many characters there are. a nice handful of matches now i've been screwed over by the timer.

It's definitely not enough time in DP where you want to make a team and after selecting a character the next slot will take you back to the very top, no.

I really hope they change the timer or give the option to disable it. Some of the character pick animations are way too long and eat up too much time given how short the 40 seconds is.
