How to do the high speed evasion?

I don't know what's the move called exactly, so many opponents I faced use it and I can't for the life of me figure out what it's called. Yes I finished training with Piccolo.

I mostly see it with vegito players. They casually charge up their ki with nothing to worry about, and whenever I rush them, they quickly vanish. and it's not the normal X+Square vanish, he always says "ENOUGH!!" whenever he uses it and can pretty much spam it all they want.

What is the move? and how do you do it? please help :(

if you are using dragon rush (charge up, then x+x)
they can evade it, so they might do that. You can counter evasion moves by pressing block as an attack hits you :)

Yeah it's not like a normal evasion though. I had a Super Vegito dodge six consecutive attacks before they finally attacked, and there's no way bro was reacting that fast

Or if you're a real guy like me you super counter on their dragon dash

couldn't it be afterimage strike, wild sense or some variant?
