Black screen on start

I'm trying to starting the game but every time it goes on black screen and then nothing. I don't know what to do somebody please help me

EDIT: it is my first gaming pc and i didn't know i had to connect the monitor with the hdmi port of my dedicated gpu... i know propably it's a stupid thing but it is my first gaming pc like i said ahahaha

your system specs likely aren't high enough to play the game. Did you look at the store page and properly compare your hardware to the specs? Those aren't just recommendations, they are neccessities.

Yes my hardware is ok
my processor is an AMD Ryzen 5 7600, my gpu is an AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT with 12GB of VRAM and i have 32GB of RAM DDR5. i'm running the game on a windows 11 os, so i don't think that the problem is related to the HW

i also exceed the recommended specs and cannot load this please let me know if you find a fix ive been trying since release to get in the game

useless as ♥♥♥♥. i've tried them all, they're all similar and they didn't fix me the problem. i've tried to contact the support. i was waiting for this game for 16 years and now i'm facing this... most useless preorder of all time

You need a clean install of your drivers
If the problem persists, I think there might be an issue with your monitor screen

1) update the bios

2) install the media feature pack

i would asked OP for how long he has said blackscreen.
because, some peoples cant even wait 10 seconds before a game loads.
windows 11 is nowadays very picky aswell.
when i sometimes restart my PC take some games a bit longer to start which is normal because the cache is completely empty so~ it takes a bit longer the first time again. windows goes after 5 secs like meeeeeeh program not respondiiiinnng ... wanna close it???? or wait ... -.-

like when i started sparking zero for the first time took it like 20 seconds i think but probably because i have it installed on my barracuda HDD, not on my SSD plus my HDD was a bit busy.

now takes it not even 5 seconds.

so yea, peoples just need to be patient sometimes but ohwell, in the SSD age nowadays needs to open and load everything within 2 seconds or else peoples say its too slooooow right? xD.

no, i'm really patient. after 5 minutes it crashes XD
