yes, i have the same specs and it runs fluently 60 fps, all mid tho.

It should be playable on processors i7-3700 and ryzen 5 1400. You can always lower the graphics and resolution.

Keep in mind developers set requirements for a reason. DLC updates, free updates or even a next-gen console update down the road could make their minimum speculation exactly correct for instance which is why they set it to be the way they did. This is a big company, they know what they're doing with the specifications they recommend. Also this is a game you NEED to be at 60 fps, no dipping even 1 fps under or you experience slowdown. It's a very frame-sensitive game.
