error code 2e795ec5
Has anyone heard or seen an update from Bandai Namco on if they are ever going to fix the "communication errors" and error code 2e795ec5. I have tried switching to the googles dns servers and flushing my dns and deleting the engine file i run the game in admin every time I open it and nothing. I have 300mgbs internet and im ethernet cabled so the issue isnt my connection I am on windows 11 and ive tried most of the fixes i can think of

Someone mentioned here that According to BANDAI, that issue is due to an error with our internet connection, and they have nothing to do with it. lol "

Few questions for you

1) did your game ever work
2) are you on 24h2 windows 11?
3) do you dc mid match or intro?

I will say i am the guy running the big thread of 1300 comments+, I have contacted bandai many times, and they ask for our extended patience, EU bandai did put out a response saying that

1) it can happen if your internet is not communicating well
2) if you and your opponents data do not align
3) it can happen for no reason at all

all of these are complete lies.

There is no current fix guarenteed to solve your issue unless you tick a few boxes from those questions.

I DC mid match every time sometimes i am able to squeeze a DP game in or maybe 2 solo games in before I DC and I am not exactly sure how to check what windows i am on

in windows 11 search bar, type run -> winver ....... if your on 24h2.

check the windows update history

search - type update - windows updates - history to check if your recently on 24h2 or always been on 2xHX

I am having the same issue. I downloaded the game about a month ago and every time I try to play online it gives me that error code. Not sure why. My game works I am not sure how to fix this issue. Wish we could have someone we could show and someone who can help us fix the problem in real time.
