How I "solved" error 2e795ec5 (maybe not for everyone)
First, I'll try to explain my situation very briefly. Like most of those who read this, I got it on pre-sale and it had constant connection problems. Even after the launch, it continued. After the first patch, I saw a report on the forum that the error remained, so I didn't test it. That was a mistake because after the first patch that brought the error, my online connection worked, which was a surprise (the game ran smoothly with an excellent connection). However, it lasted 2 days because that 300 MB update came along that added the error codes and with them the disconnections again.

After countless tickets to Bandai and I even tried to revert my version of Win 11 (I managed to do it, but it was back to 22h2, so I went back to my backup) and I went to test one of the tips they asked for.

SOLUTION:

First of all, I would like to inform you that I have 2 routers at home, so I was able to do what I'm going to talk about next. I used the secondary network for changes

I changed the DNS to Google's and it looked like this:

Image [prnt.sc]

The connection became more stable but the error remained. So the next step was to change the ports (which I thought was very risky and didn't know how to do properly) but it looked like this:

Image [prnt.sc]

(I'm from Brazil, so the images will be in Portuguese, but you should be able to understand).

As incredible as it may seem, the error DECREASED EXTREMELY, I couldn't finish a fight, now I can play several straight away (I only tested it in the individual battle, without DP)

I said it decreased because when I was in a spectator room waiting for the fight I had the error twice at different times but when I was fighting it never appeared again. Because of the port changes it seems that the internet got worse from time to time on this specific network at least for downloading only, in use it remains the same.

(The ports provided by Bandai support are also the ports that Steam uses for games or something like that)

It may not be the solution for everyone, but I recommend testing it if it works, at least until I get a correct solution from Bandai.

I hope I helped and sorry for the long text

you might be the only one this actually worked for...... but keep in mind people with this ERROR CAN still play online, they just have to play against people with the same error on the same windows version........ so you can just be getting lucky too. Port forwarding for over 95% of users wont work, as if you played any other steam game, it uses the exact same ports. Also you can easily test that by enabling upnp on your router (yes i understand the security risks but you can try it).

EDIT: to add, it seems like you also reverted back to windows 23h2....... so you did two things, one mattering way more then the other. Most people would have to completely wipe their pcs to do this.

I tried to go back to the Windows version, but I went to 22h2, so I activated the backup I had and returned to 24h2 with everything I had installed
