Infinite sparking mode for custom battle?

I saw some people set up infinite sparking that never ends in their custom battles. I cannot achieve such effect only prolong it with use of items. How do they do that? Is there an item for that? I couldn't find it, please help.

I'm not so sure, I saw it in few fights, if it was one then maybe yeah, but few?

It is possible I figured it out myself. To do this one needs to setup an event that is infinite with sparking activated.
