Fix for stuttering in the game (DISCLAIMER: if your pc does not meet requirements this will not be a magic fix)
So Developers never added a shade compiler to the game itself all you need to do is just go into the engine settings and manually put in the commands found in %appdata% > appdata > local > SPARKLINGZERO > Saved > Config > windows then open engine then at the very end of the notepad add the following commands lastly save note frames will drop during the initial load of the fights/areas for a split second but it will run smooth after reason for the stutters was some developers don't think to add a shader compiler in the games they make leading to frustrating situations such as this those commands just merely compile them now when loading into a new area so stutters will vanish after the initial load (helpful tip to keep this on note should you encounter a few unreal engine games that suffer from this same problem) it will not effect online play at all only commands that do are for FPS since 60 vs 120 fps would indeed have a slight advantage all this does is compile the shaders for a smoother experience

[/script/engine.engine]
bAllowMultiThreadedShaderCompile=True

[SystemSettings]
niagara.CreateShadersOnLoad=1

The game was made in a couple of weekends I'm not surprised they forgot a lot of the polishing that goes into creating and selling a proper product. Especially for such a high price tag.. Yet another proof of this scamware digital fraud they sold us

no the norm is usually console ports and some company's just convert vs actually optimizing for example square enix is a big example of that since they depend on there community to fix what they wont but im surprised this company pulled such a stunt i almost never had a issue with any of there games until now even on pc end
