He has 2 supers; Galactic Donut Volley and Special Beam Cannon
He has 1 ultimate; Super Kamehameha
He has 2 Skills; Explosive Wave and Regeneration
He has a full basic melee combo, with an outfit of alt-attacks you can sprinkle into your basic melee combo
He has basic ki blasts
He has charged melee attacks
He has charged ki blast attacks

I understand Ranked isn't meant to be fun. I get that, it's the "play to win" mode, and I recognize that.

You were not playing to win. Nobody who plays to win would sit there focusing 100% on charging enough Ki to spam Donut Volley and do literally nothing else.

Which is why I'm telling you about his other abilities; you clearly had no idea he had any attacks besides Donut Volley since you never did anything else, not even so much as a basic ki blast or a basic melee.

Please, please, PLEASE learn your character's moveset. You were the most boring player I've ever fought, and I once fought a Saibaman player who just kept spamming his ult and missing the entire match.

If you lose, or win, while actually trying to fight me, there won't be any issue.

Only complaining about this dude because he didn't even bother fighting. His entire strat revolved around knockback into charge into donuts. Long as you actually try to fight, there's no issue to be had.

I don't think that's such an extreme view to have in a fighting game based on the show that's all about self-improvement and the value of effort.

I'm guessing it was a close fight, and his zoning tactics (a legit fighting game strategy since the beginning of fighting games) had you flustered. If all he did was literally hold R2, and hit Square when he had 3 bars of ki, it would have been the easiest win of your life, and you N.E.V.E.R. would have made this thread for that scenario.

It -was- an easy win. The frustration comes from the fact he never changed up his strategy.

I don't play Ranked for easy wins, and nobody else should either. I play Ranked for the challenge of fighting a player who COULD kick my ass if I slip up even once. I'm not here to waste my time fighting someone who's only trick is "run, try to charge, blast"

Don't assume you know what people would and wouldn't do. Everyone's reactions to things are different, and my reaction to a particularly disappointing fight is to call it out.

as they are proud to say sometimes in the topics, they are using the strat u talkin about or many others, i'm proud to say i'd never fight one of theses guys. i definitly paid 90$ to get a real opponent, not vegeta from freezer series which spam ki blast from 50 miles without other reactions..

Easier to just punish the gimmick so they hopefully learn not to rely on it.

If you order pizza and it comes out cold and mushy, you'd complain, wouldn't you?

I went in for a good, challenging fight and found an opponent hardly worth the time it even took to boot up the game.

I feel like it's fair for me to complain about that. But I should have expected better, the communities in fighting games are almost always made up of people like you and the Buu player, folks who can't understand the concept of wanting a good, fun, challenging fight.

Ppl like u cannot understand something. If he won his battle, it dosnt mean he had pleasure. If he bought the game and didn't have pleasure, its only because of his opponent, not the game itself. He is reporting this in a thread so maybe it would be fixed one day?

part of the entire fight game is quite weird : They are buying a game where only combo matters/beautiful gameplays and u finally end with a super Buu doing the same loop of blasts. WIN OR LOOSE ITS ♥♥♥♥ BROTHER WHY WOULD U ARGUE ABOUT THIS , trying to evade the main thread?

you have issues, the entire world doesnt revolve about just what you want. the dude probably just isn't that good and any normal person would just be like "oh hey that was pretty ez" and moved on but nah here you are badmouthing the guy in the forums.
