What I heard and was interested in have slowly dawned on me to be inaccurate (which is on me. I shouldn't have decided I knew what the game was before seeing it).
Is there any single player story element to this game? I sort of thought this was going to cover the Tournament of Power and other DBS storylines that were glossed over in Kakarot.
Not to crap on those of you that like multiplayer games; I'm sure you'll like it... I just do not care for multiplayer. I would be playing the game for the single player experience.
So what you're saying is that you haven't read the description on the store page, nor have you played BT 1-3?
Don't worry, I'm in the same boat as you. I don't enjoy multiplayer, at least for the most part. Based on what I've seen, if you've played the Budokai Tenkaichi series, you'll like this game. Between the story mode (I think they call it episode battles, this is where the DBS story stuff will be), the Custom Battles (the ones that are unique scenarios created by players), Regular VS mode, and supposedly a Tournament Mode, you'll enjoy it plenty offline. At least as much as the previous BT games, I'd assume.
