The reason he's customizable is that it's an empty soulless husk.
It's totally worthless so it's very unlikely for it to get added to the game.

I mean, shotgun farmer has WAY more charisma than the retconned Saiyan, and yet he's not in the game.

i get that but it also has alot of what-if stories so maybe they could add new abilities specifically for shallot and then allows us to customize his ultimates?

i like customization and stuff but i get what you guys are saying too and we all know that the game is already designed and set in stone.
