For a player vs player friendly experience I would recommend going console. Less chances of modders

i'd say it depends on the platform you game often and where most of your friends are, pc in one hand have mods for chars/skins/stages ext....., unlocked fps but can have some issues especially day one because you know Japanese devs hate pc players in the other hand console version is already optimized so don't worry about performance issues. In your case if you said ps5 i would say go for it because most of the playerbase will be there but xbox situation with anime games is rough so go for pc.

We have no confirmation if the game will have unlocked FPS or not. Xenoverse was a BIG example of why FPS differences matter. Because when a P2P person hosted a game and had less than 30 FPS and you had a locked 60, there was a huge difference in the game speed. Had one guy falling like he was in the matrix. Was something else.
