Don't expect GT or movies anymore

I figured it out, it was kind of obvious, but they will add every bad character from Super (such as Anilaza) in the base game so they can make DLCs of the movies, GT, and Super Hero.
That would have more sales than Universe 2, 3, 9 Warriors DLC.
And as GT and Movies ar not canon is the prefect excuse to make them DLC.
Also there is barely enough room for the rest of Z and OG canon characters

The new trailer still had 60+ empty character slots, chill out and wait bro.

Obviously they know we want to see people like Cooler, Janemba, or SSJ4 over Ribrianne lmao. It’s going to be impossible for them to avoid adding into the game

half of Z and the entire OG dragon ball characters are still missing. GT and movies don't fit anymore.
And of course we will have them as DLC, but when? This makes me feel really upset

Also this Game has 164 characters ,BT3 has 161 without super so 70 slots doesn't seem like enough, but hopefully I'm wrong.

But who did they remove that was unnecessary is the thing, or did they possibly combine 2 into 1.

Example would be Tao Pai Pai, as there was also the Cyborg Tao playable character, but one was a "special wish" and the other was unlocked a different way (if not available right out the gate - I forget).

Then you had absolute chaff, like the Frieza Soldiers (Apule, Raspberry, some others, and of-course the nameless man himself "Frieza Soldier"). Mind you - when you look at the profile in DBZ:BT3 - even Chi-Chi herself mentions she could defeat Frieza Soldier (with his staggering power-level of 130; though Chi-Chi does fight Goku in a Tenkaichi tourney in DB and does well, so hey).

Super Heroes movies and Daima characters are already in the season pass so expecting Beast and Picolo new form in the pass. GT and SS4 MAY not in the game but definitely will.
Anyway there's no way such popular character isn't in the game. They just want us to buy season pass or reveal it very late.

That's my point - the chaff characters that had just about the same moves are the ones likely to be replaced. Frieza Soldier had no unique skill or anything, and even with a good player was not going to be winning you many Cell Game's/Otherworldy Tournaments.

Granted - I am sure a lot of moves in this will also be "same-ish" amoung the non-major characters.

The Saibamen would be more to my mentioning of Tao Pai Pai/Cyborg Tao; they could just consolidate this into 1 slot. DBZ:BT3 had costumes (and I am certain the Saibamen ones where the other colors).

If people need them in the game that bad, I would say just turn the 5 or so generic Frieza Soldiers into 1 slot and make them costumes (like what they did with Ninja Turtles in Injustice 2; each costume was just a different turtle). They pretty much all had the same Energy Volly/Rush move/other generic special/beam finisher move-set anyway - so it would work I think.

I hate Dragon Ball Super, I only bought the game because of the Z characters. And if there is a DLC of Super Saiyan 4 I will buy it, since I'm a GT fan, but I would prefer it were in the base game.
