either package 10 or more in a single dlc or just put them all in the base game, where they belong.
games nowadays do 1 per dlc and I dont really want it to happen here.
My guess would be - certain OG/movie/non-cannon forms would be DLC :
- Bio-Broly
- Hirudagarn (he's kick-ass, but not necessary), possibly flute boy too
- Dr.Wheelo
- Lucifer
- Master Shen
Just general characters you know, but like - they didn't matter much beyond a handful of episodes/1 movie.
Otherwise - there was at least 1 spin-off show (Dragon Ball Super Heros or whatever with the prison planet); I could see them looking to borrow some new non-cannon/fan-made characters to add that extra edge.
And you need a day 1 "horse armor" DLC, so that would be : Frieza Soldier, Apule, Raspberry, and Namole
The 165 shouldn't be too hard to reach if each transformation counts as a char. I myself have always preferred quality over quantity however.
Edit: I'd be personally Okay with just the 5 Character I plan on using is available to me on launch. I do NOT plan to use every character, I do NOT like every character, therefore, I don't care if they cut whoever, as long as it isn't one of MY boys. But this is purely a personal outlook.
In theory of course.
