Japanese (you don't even need me to explain the reason) and english (so that everybody else may understand it).
Compared to those 2 spanish is just a minority, and they can't just randomly decide to go for 1 minority and ignore all the others.
So sorry but they won't make dubs in 20 different languages only to give ya spanish :P
i know, but the difference is that they aren't crying because they dont care about having the game in their language, and surely they won't complain even if we get the freaking dub. Also, spanish community is the third biggest, and the one that most loves dragon ball . For example, when Akira died, in Latin America we made massive conventions, in Argentina, they did it at the Obelisco, that is its more emblematic site, It was almost like we made a REAL GENKIDAMA (Spirit Bomb) for Akira, something that no other country did. That's why we deserve it. And I won't give up until the game is realased, and I'll try it again for the next game if we are not successful in this one. To make it clear, giving up is not an option.

Here you have it.
Edit: Just in case it wasn't clear enough, its not that cuz YOU don't see people around screaming "we want this" "we want that" they don't exist, simply we know its not gonna happen so we don't bother making useless posts about it.
If something ain't happening, then if you keep on asking for it over and over again it turns into harassment.
If you start writing Apple (just a random example) every single day from now on and ask them to make a Dbz themed flying car, they'll simply block ya, maybe even sue if you don't stop.
That's why most people take it chill, they ask for their own languages form time to time, if it happens good, if it doesn't they'll stay calm cuz its simply very unlikely for it to happen, and overdoing it will only have negative results.
And maybe we're laking of self-control, but this game is special, it's Budokai Tenakichi 4. In Latin America, Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is the most beloved DBZ game, and for example, I won't be trying this hard for the next game if its Xenoverse 3. Personally, I don't care about xenovers 3 in Spanish, but tenkaichi 4, we were waiting a long time for this, and we have never lost hope in 15 years
And people from other countries who ask for the game in their languages almost don't exist in the first place. For example, I know people from Spain don't really care to have Sparking Zero dubbed, they care to have a Metal Gear I don't know what game dubbed and they even made a video with the voice actor they had for one character once, because they used to have the game in Spanish but now there is a remake and they want the remake to be dubbed.
