Ultra Ego Vegeta... well, the time to show him would've been that trailer they just showed. I'd really like him to be in the game, so Ultra Instinct Goku has a rival, but I think they're probably going to save him for DLC at this point.
Thanks to all the content that dragon ball has, this IP would be almost the perfect business model for this. They realized it with xenoverse. So as long as you're willing to Pay, all that would be needed by them would be to develop an asset model(s), and animations.
Dragonball "the breakers" an official licensed game, already has Beast gohan for purchase. And i don't read the manga, but from what i gathered, he's manga.
Not true, Frieza's son Kuriza was in the Japanese version of Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2, as an alternate out for Frieza... but still, acknowledgement he exists!
Edit: The only problem would be getting voice actors for the characters.
Neko Majin would also be good.
