I hope not but like, Alot of moves in dragon ball series are the same. Dodon ray, Death beam and Special beam cannon are just functionally recolors. A piercing beam of energy, Strength wise they are different but they are still just recolors of the same attack.
Kamehameha everyone uses, Its just a large beam attack.
Wanna fire a bunch of Ki blasts? well that dog from the TOP has that, vegeta has that.
Giant orb? Well, nearly every version of goku has the spirit bomb, nearly every gt villain has one, Frieza has one.
Where they can be different is the melee combo ults. we see Broly man handle goku, i doubt thats a regular grab, either a command grab or a rush combo.

Cabba has a bunch of Vegeta moves, He has like 1 unique attack being his Kicks. I can see his ult being his Ki Kicks into Final flash.

Frost, Probably gonna have frieza moves but his ult wont be a giant orb but a combo that poisons the opponent.

you get my point, What im most hoping for is all the gods of Destruction to be playable and each have their own unique ult. I dont want them to Naruto it and give them all giant orb of destruction
