Oh, I find the whole show hilarious because it parodies a certain subsector of the "otaku" demographic. I mean, we usually relate the whole "weird loli" humor to the archetipical strange otaku guy because it's supposed to be tied to an unsimpathetic or otherwise slobbish character, it becomes much more weird when it's attached to a cute girl who is supposed to be relatable. Her nerd ramblings are cute, her drooling over little sisters, wishing to be surrounded by them and having workmates who look like them takes away from the whole cute thing. Also, the "bisexual otaku girl" trope is overused and makes her stand out less than the rest of the girls who, although tropey, still have their own unique characteristics.
