In short:
Once you finished on one side you have to open the chuck again and then use the gizmo to rotate the workpiece.
Longer explanation:
Once you wish to work on the other side of the workpiece, you open the chuck again by using the button with the chuck drawn on it.
Once opened, a "manipulator gizmo" will be shown (that circles and arrows thingie that shows up).
If you use the arrows it allows you to move the piece further into or out of chuck (red arrow), or off center (green and blue arrows).
But if you use the coloured circles, it enables you to turn the workpiece around (either use the blue one or the green one to flip the workpiece).
Once done, just close the chuck again and get back to turning.
