"Countermeasures" for Train Investigation?

I have ridden the train and been supernaturally groped once. Now it says I need "countermeasures". What might those be?

I figured it out. You have to go to the Photography Club at School and talk to the teacher guy, Mado. Then you choose "Special Synthesis" and make the glasses. You then have to EQUIP the glasses. You'll follow the baddie to a train station and you will get the mission complete. But you're not done yet. Go toward the right side of the screen and collect the medal, then over the bridge and into the swirly. It's a straight boss fight, no adds or minions to mess around with.
