Stuck on dungeon under school

I can't figure out how to progress. It's the dungeon you enter from next to the statue out front of the school.

I can clear the first level easy, but the only way I can find to progress is a stairway leading down. Once I get down to that second level, I cannot figure out how to progress any further. way over on the left side, there is a door that leads to an endless hallway; you just go an go and go and it never ends. But other than that, I can't find anywhere else to go.

Can someone help me out here, please? I have been trying for a while now, and I'm getting nowhere.

Hi there,

You may have figured this out
The endless hallway has an end actually, you just run all the way to the end and you should be able to see a downward red arrow to another section.

Pro Tip:
Equip an Enagram with Third Eye to make this dungeon slightly easier.

You're pranking me, right? I held down Shift and right arrow and ran and ran and ran for like 10 minutes. The hallway never ends. Finally her Miasma reached 100 and she was auto-teleported back to Home.

Erm, that's peculiar, are we referring to the same hallway here? Pardon me if I happened to be mistaken.

1. Entrance
2. Hallway
3. Middle of hallway has a clock + hidden pathway
4. End of the hallway with an exit
5. New area after exiting the hallway.

Speaking of the hallway, is there a clock in the middle of the hallway? (refer to image number 3)

Yes, it's the same hallway. What's happening is that I pass the clock, and then get teleported back to a point just before the clock.

OH my goodness... I am so embarrassed to tell you that I HAD NO IDEA that hallway is trapped! And I had 100++ hour of play time

My appreciation for sharing this knowledge to me.

Anyway, remember I mentioned to you before that if you equip the "Third Eye" (Passive skill from Exploration II Engram), it will provide advantage to this dungeon.

At the middle of the endless hallway there is actually a hidden pathway, it is situated exactly at the clock's location. Just run down to it and you will arrive to a hidden room, from there you will find the means to eliminate the illusion.

Heads up, I recall there is another location that is trapped too, but the game will "warn you" about it.

THANK YOU very much, that got me going again. I had to fight my way through like 5 more levels of monsters, and deal with a couple more nasty illusion traps, and I didn't have Exploration II unlocked yet, so that meant finding the hidden candles and destroying them, BUT I DID IT!

I hammered my way through to the Hypnosis boss and killed the nasty old pedobear. The first thing I did when I got back Home was went into the Library and "repaired" Exploration II

You have been a real lifesaver, Ash! But now it's almost 4am here in Buenos Aires, and I really need to go camp my pillow. You take care, and don't forget to check your six.
