Hi there, rest assured, you can still build up Hyno after that event.
There are two ways, I will mark the most reliable way with a spoiler marker.
Method:
1. NG+
2. Get Celesphonia to Corruption Lv 1 (Corruption 15+) afterwards you will get a scene with Ars Memoria; next she will give you a key to access to the dark library. Inside the dark library, there is a Dark Synthesis Enagram where you can create unique items. One of them is the Box of Waking that can adjust hypno rate at will.
i dont know if playing the game by losing on purpose is good
You will be surprised what high Corruption can offer to Celesphonia. Let me share my experience, I completed my first playthrough with 0 Corruption Rate, then on my second playthrough, I accidentally discovered some benefit with Corruption levels and boy! I was addicted to Corruption (LOL).
Not to spoil too much, getting Corruption Lv. 1 (15/100 Corruption Rate) is suffice to unlock some extra stuff, I got a feeling you will want more after looking at the benefits. Oh, right, on your first playthrough best do not max out Corruption (100/100) unless you are doing it on purpose.
