How to remove the collar of obedience?

Hi,

does any of you know how to unequip unremovable items such as the collar of obedience, which I got after being captured in the basement of the club downtown? I read somewhere that I need to use some dispelling water, but I do not seem to be able to find it. Any help is welcome.

unremovable item is caused by curses, you have to buy holy water to remove the curses. buy it from shrine maiden at the station
