Real players creator/editor (AO Tennis 2 vs this game)

Coming from 2K, i supposse is pretty sure that this game will have a Myplayer mode (it's already stated in the game description) but anything else...

I mean, in AO Tennis 2 we had a player creator and the community was constantly adding real and custom players from any age... but including something like that in the game won't allow 2K to monetize everything and sell us DLC packages with 2 or 3 players more from time to time (as they do with other 2k games... ahem!! WWE!!).

Am i right? (rhetorical question, i already know the answer...)

The point i see in this... if you've play AO Tennis 2, in the career mode you play a lot of tournaments (almost the whole ATP/WTA tour) and play against a lot of different players... from random fake players to real ones, both created by the devs and the community.

But if we have a short pool of 20-30 players, most of them from different ages (McEnroe i.e.) you'll have to play again and again against the same players in every different tournament.

That's kind of unrealistic.

Didn't TS4 have like a community creation option to download more players? Here's hoping 2K25 has such an option although they haven't mentioned anything yet regarding that. Guess we'll have to wait and see in more reveals as 26 April draws closer.

I am guessing that 2K has planned which cannot be in public yet. Some sort of surprised.

NBA2K and WWE2K are totally cashgrab garbage. You have to pay for every little extra here and there.

There's no chance of a creation option. I'll be really surprise otherwise.

TS3 custom player creator was better than TS4 custom player creator.
They haven't shown any of the MyPlayer creator and I'm afraid it's going to be the same as TS4, which had just a few body sliders.

Actually there is some custom player creator footage around utube , looks it has some basic customizastions and not very detailed.. Never played either TS3 or TS4 as i had not console but only PC , i have played TS2 on PC which was lovely game.. Have a look at 4;04 of this video

A small detail, at 4:10 the forth option of head looks identical to Nadal with some more customizations like hairs , height , body shape , clothes/accessories you can make a player pretty close to original Nadal.. Having in game a face close to Nadal might mean that Nadal is not gonna come in game nor as DLC addition in the other hand.. :(

WWE 2K has ingame editors to create wrestlers, arenas, championships etc. and share them with other players. It's literally one of the integral parts of the game. Some players are very talented and have created wrestlers that are on the same level as if the developers would have created them. So you can just download any wrestlers that the game is missing via the community shared wrestlers. I wouldn't rule out that Topspin may have a player creator/community sharing element as well.

Yeah, the problema with WWE2K is that you need a lot of ingame time (and coin) to unlock things, costumes, attires, etc to use on those "custom but real" wrestlers.

Anyway, hope they do, at least, the same thing, so we can bypass buying each one of the players they will try to sell in DLC's.
