After today update, nothing works in game

I played normally a few hours before the update, but I can't move on to anything from the in-game menu after the update. Even if I choose to end the game, it doesn't shut down normally.

I've deleted the game and reinstalled it, but it's the same. I guess we should look forward to a new update

I think the situation is embarrassing. Not being able to play a product that we paid for because of an Update. The devs and 2K don't care, it's been 4 days without an answer.
