rookie rise pack - where is it ....

Im wondering, i got GS edition with rookie rise pack included, yet i dont see option to boost my player with that DLC. Any suggestions?

i got it for free in inventory , yet ingame pro shop offers me top pay for it... what the hell 2k?

I didn't get the boosts to level 10 either, nor did I get the season one pass

Guys, someone from 2k helped me, it's not bugging, just not clear on how to activate it.

So first thing you have to create your my player, once this is done, go back to the main menu and click on the second tile of the first tab (1st screenshot)

Then it should simply appear at the bottom here (2nd screenshot), you'll just have to press and here you go

Sorry it didn't worked out for you, you should conctact 2k and they should unlock it manually when you give them necessary details.
