Specs: 4090, 12900K, 32GB DDR5, Win 10, updated drivers
No black screen, I see the title and the game launching. I launch it and 10 seconds later it crashes, no error code or support page.
Tried all the possible troubleshooting options; run as admin. Looked through task manager, I dont have nahimic services, AMD adrenaline, no VPN, no mods.
Running: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x, RTX 3080, Win 10.
I've actually been with both steam and 2k support about this issue since last week. Not sure if you can view or open it here --> https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/requests/12718269?page=1
But 2k is saying my PC is the issue, when I stated to them that hundreds of other people are having the same issue as me, as per all the other forums I am keeping an eye on when it comes to fixing this issue.
They have yet to accept fault or even work to push a new patch to possibly fix this. Ive played plenty of other games where just 2 days after release, they already implemented 6 patches. Why is TopSpin 2k25, an strictly online game, get 1 patch to fix the server issue. When this patch came out, it seems this was when plenty of other people starting having this issue.
I had the deluxe edition so I was able to play it 3 days early no problem. When the game released and the patch came out, ive been unable to launch it. Its been a week and still no patches at all for any other issues they have, such as the balding issue, crashing on tiebreaks and onwards.
I want to love the game, but 2K is neglecting this game. You can kind of tell.
