Game just keeps crashing to 2k support website

Drivers up to date, restarted pc, have a 4090 so none of this is an issue.

Yes it's just waiting for an update I'm guessing now. The only thing I'm wondering is, that this problem is known or if the root cause has been found already by the developers?
If somebody from the development team could respond. Or if they acknowledge it somewhere on their site. That would be great.

Yes, when it crashes for me, it crashes to desktop and opens the support page. I am currently reinstalling the whole game so it'll be a little while before I can test again. The furthest I could get before if I clicked quickly was accepting on the screen where you can adjust the screen size. If I don't click anything at all when booting up the game, then it'll sit on the screen for changing the language for a few seconds then crash out.

This sounds like the anti-cheat update that NBA 2K24 received. So I'm copying some of the post I made on that situation.

First of all, delete any mods and verify your files. Other than modding or cheat programs, the following may need to be disabled to play the game based on that thread:

• Google Drive
  
• Turning off all graphic-related options for 2K24 in the NVIDIA control panel software (NOT the Geforce Experience one).
  
• NahimicSvc64.exe
  
• AMD Adrenalin
  
• MobilePre Audio device monitor
  
• VPN software

Ok, I can confirm that for me shutting down the NahimicSvc64.exe service worked for me. It was an audio driver in my case. I don't know why this is blocked as anti cheat. But the game is working!!!

Managed to get the game running now also by going to Task Manager and using End Process on NahimicSvc64. Thanks for heads up.

under processes you should be able to find Nahimic service or something similar, disable it. Now I can finally play.

same, and desperate for a response or patch. it's been out for more than 10 hours and no communication has been done. if reviews were active they'd deserve to be bombed over it.

J'avais exactement le même souci mais j'ai fini par réussir à lancer le jeu...

J'ai fait deux choses en même temps, donc je ne sais pas laquelle a décoincé le jeu :p

Dans un premier temps j'ai déplacé le dossier d'installation du jeu dans mon second SSD afin qu'il ne soit pas dans le même que windows et steam...

Dans un second temps j'ai changé les propriétés du fichier Topspin2k25.exe en compatible win 8 et en mode administrateur.

Perso ça marche nickel maintenant...

En espérant que ça en dépanne certain d'entre vous...

I've done two modifications for the game to work :

Migrate the game folder to my second ssd and change the property of the Topspin2k25.exe by admin and compatible win 8.

I don't know which one have make my game to work... But it work...
