... I've got a simple question for you: is the game playable at 60fps 1080p? Thanks.

Yes, I am using GTX 1050 Ti. My settings are all Low except the Geometry Details which is High. Resolution 1920x1080. Gameplay is smooth at average 60-70 fps. No lag at all even the online play. The cloth and hair movement is almost same as PS5. Although I am not sure if CPU plays an important role here because I have 13th Gen i5 13400 32Gb cpu.

The point is maybe he has no budget yet at this time, so he may use that for the meantime and enjoy the game, then later if he has the money, he can buy the best graphics card he can afford.
