Do other games see the GPU? Have you run DDU and then installed the drivers fresh? Are you on a Laptop?

Try..

To force a game to use your dedicated GPU

NVIDIA Control Panel:
Right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
Go to Manage 3D Settings.
Select High Performance NVIDIA Processor as the preferred graphics processor.

Then

Windows Graphics Settings:
Open Settings.
Click on System and then Display.
Scroll down and click on Graphics settings.
Browse for the game’s executable file and add it.
Click on the game in the list and select Options.
Choose High performance to use the dedicated GPU.

Then

In-Game Settings:
Some games have an option within their settings menu to select the preferred graphics processor.

Or

BIOS Settings:
Restart your computer and enter the BIOS.
Look for an option to disable the integrated GPU or select the dedicated GPU as the default.

If on a Laptop with Physical MUX Switch..

Some laptops have a physical MUX switch that allows you to change between integrated and dedicated GPUs when a 3d accelerated app/game is launched

I saw someone else mention that going to the nVidia cp and changing their GPU power setting to maximum performance immediately fixed their issue.

Regardless of whether that works or not ... good luck! It does at least seem to be related to nVidia cards though but it's still too early to tell.

If all else fails then an older driver revision perhaps?
